Abstract

The book “The Legal Regime of Minority in Criminal Law” explores an essential topic in criminal doctrine: the legal treatment of minors who commit crimes. The author, Loredana Terec-Vlad, offers a rigorous analysis of the causes of non-imputability and the sanctioning regime applicable to minors. Through an interdisciplinary approach, the work brings into discussion legal, sociological and philosophical perspectives, emphasizing the relationship between criminal norms and the need for the protection of minors. It constitutes a reference tool for both lawyers, other practitioners and researchers interested in the field of juvenile delinquency.
